Warranty and Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for different items.
This item comes with a 30-day warranty from our company. If you encounter a problem, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist you, we will issue an RMA form and have you send the item back for a replacement. If a replacement is needed, you will receive the same model as the item you won. Turn around time once the non-working item is received is 1 business day. Our warranty expires 30 days from the date of purchase.
We encourage our buyers to purchase the SquareTrade warranty for coverage of 1 year from the purchase date. This warranty begins coverage after our 30 day warranty expires. Please visit SquareTrade for more information on the Extended Warranty.

SHUFFLE HELP!
Most all of my shuffles leave with 2 songs loaded on them. So they worked when they were shipped. Here is the Apple Help Link

The first thing you should do is restore or reset your shuffle so you can name it what you want and erase all current songs loaded on the shuffle.
Did it play when it arrived?
Push shuffle firmly onto the dock!
Make sure Shuffle is seated all the way down into the grooves!
Do any lights come on when you turn the shuffle on?
When you plug the shuffle in to the dock does the light flash off and on?
If not is the probe on the dock damaged in any way?
Is the probe loose?
If no lights come on then the dock may be defective. Please contact me at eBay and I will send another.
Is another dock available to try it on?
If all seems to be working so far and your CPU will not recognize the shuffle while your shuffle is plugged into your computer shut your computer down and turn it back on to see if it will rectify the problem.
If you are certain your shuffle is bad you can contact me for a replacement or you can lift the clip and enter the serial number at the apple web site to see if the shuffle is still covered under Apple Warranty, many are. If so they will send you a new one for a replacement and they overnight everything so it doesn’t take much time.
