Condition of iPod and Battery

NextWorth guarantees that the physical and functional condition of its iPods conform to the descriptions stated in our Rating System and listings. Unless otherwise stated, batteries included with our iPods, are sold AS IS, and their condition/remaining life are not subject to the guarantee detailed in our Return Policy. 

Should you wish to guarantee the life of the battery of an iPod you purchase from us, we encourage you to take advantage of our BATTERY UPGRADE SERVICE.  This service is available upon check-out in our eBay shop and will upgrade your iPod with a new battery which has a one year warranty (applicable to battery only).

Upon shipment of your purchase, you will receive an email from us with your ship date, and tracking number. We guarantee that your order will ship within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that our shipping department is closed on weekends, so the above policy applies to weekdays / business days.

We offer all our customers a shipping discount for multiple purchases completed on the same order. You will receive a discount of 50% off shipping and handling charges on each additional iPod purchase, and FREE shipping on any additional accessory purchased within your same order.   

Payment Information

NextWorth requires that payment for all purchases be received within 72 hours of the close of the sale.  Acceptable forms of payment include PayPal, and / or a major credit card. Massachusetts residents will be assessed 5% sales tax during checkout.

Unless NextWorth is contacted within 72 hours, unpaid auctions will be forfeited by the buyer and re-listed and an unpaid item dispute will be filed with eBay.  If your payment will be delayed for longer than 48 hours following the end of your auction, please contact us through email customerservice@nextworth.comand please refer to your order number.

Return Policy: 7 days for replacement or store credit! 

NextWorth guarantees that the physical and functional condition of its iPods conform to the descriptions stated in our Rating System and listings, and  thus will provide a replacement of equal or greater value / full refund for the iPods it sells for  a period of one (1) week following documented receipt of the item*.

Should you wish to extended the warranty period  for your iPod, NextWorth offers several options through a  third-party provider that are available for purchase at check-out. 

Please note that we strongly encourage our customers to fully inspect their iPods physical and functional condition immediately upon receipt to ensure that it conforms to the description of the iPod(s) purchased.

Should your purchase not conform to its original description, please contact our customer service department within one (1) week of delivery of your purchase to initiate a return.  When contacting us to initiate a return, please be sure to include the following information: Your order number, name and address, phone number and email address. Please also describe the nature of your problem e.g. I received the wrong color iPod; My iPods screen is showing a sad face.; I havent received my iPod and want to check on its shipping status.

Following the receipt of your inquiry, we will contact you with an action plan within one (1) business day. Oftentimes, our technicians are able to provide our customers with troubleshooting tips that solve the problem. If we are unable to diagnose and treat your iPod remotely, you will be provided with return instructions and a pre-paid return label via email.  Upon receipt and inspection of your iPod, NextWorth will, at our discretion, repair your iPod, replace it with similar model of equal or greater value, or issue a store credit / refund for the purchase sum.

*Please note that outcomes of return inquiries made later than one (1) week following documented receipt of the item, or for items that are deemed upon inspection to adhere to the description of the original listing, are made at the sole discretion of the company and may be subject to refusal, partial refunds, and/or restocking fees.  Furthermore, as stated in our iPod Rating System, we cannot honor return regarding battery life unless otherwise stated in the listing.
