Item is a customer returns from a major retailer in EXCELLENT condition. Upon receiving, we have have tested and clean up the item to restore it to its factory settings.

  • The SCREEN is in GREAT condition: there might be some minor marks on the screen but most of the time, the screen is free of scratches or marks.
    • The back CASING has visible scratches but the overall quality is still great. We have included a silicon case for you so these scratches should not be a problem.

The iPod is still under Apple's warranty. The warranty length per item varies but tends to range from 8-10 months

This item comes with Apple warranty to FEB 2010. If you encounter a problem, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If a replacement is needed, you will receive the same model as the item you won.

We encourage our buyers to purchase the SquareTrade warranty for coverage of 1 year from the purchase date. This warranty begins coverage after our 60 day warranty expires.
