This item was originally purchased from a major retail store and returned. It has been fully tested, cleaned and is in perfect operating condition. This unit may include some scratches and scuffs on the casing of the unit, which is purely cosmetic use. It does not effect the functionality of the unit.

Warranty and Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for different items due to buyers remorse.

This item comes with a 60-day warranty from our company. If you encounter a problem, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist you through email, we will issue an RMA form and have you send the item back for a replacement. If a replacement is needed, you will receive the same model as the item you won. Our warranty expires 60 days from the date of delivery.

We encourage our buyers to purchase the SquareTrade warranty for coverage of 1 year from the purchase date. This warranty begins coverage after our 60 day warranty expires. Our Warranty does not cover misuse, water damage, or excessive damage.

Turn around time once the non-working item is received, is 1-3 business days, depending on the extent of testing required.

Shipping

PayPal payments received by 12:00pm PST on business days will be shipped the same day. Payments received on weekends, holidays or after 12:00pm PST will ship the following business day.
