 Just purchased this new Nano last week. Was told by the sales clerk I would be able to download my spanish learning cd, but can't, doesn't work on a Nano. Store will not take back, so have no use for it now. It comes in the original box with all the paperwork and everything as seen in photo. All I did was try to download and found I couldn't so put back into the box. No tunes or anything on it. According to Apple Store, new buyer can change name and then sign up and create an account on itunes.

  Please ask questions before bidding and all questions must come through eBay website or will not be answered. All emails are kept until item has been delivered and feedback has been entered, in case any problems arise..
