This is a darling country cottage in the hills with a rainbow in the background and is appliqued and some fancy stitchery work, stretched on an embroidery hoop and the outside finished off with lace and a ruffle of green.
The outside diameter is 13 inches wide and the artwork inside the hoop is 8 1/2 inches wide.
I do not know who made this but it is new and very nice indeed. It is great for the country decor, country kitchen or whatever.
