Shipping info

Shipping for this item is $5.60 for anyone in the US. Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, which will be sent when the item ships. US customers purchasing more than one item only need to add $1.00 for each additional item. Additional items must be purchased within 5 days to qualify for combined shipping.

We will also ship anywhere in the world. All international shipping is done by USPS Priority Mail International, which includes tracking to most countries. The rates are $10.00 to Canada and Mexico, and $12.00 for the rest of the world. For customers living outside the US that purchase multiple items, just send us an email and include your address and we will get back to you with a shipping quote.

Items are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If for any reason you need special shipping, such as shipping out the same day, or sending items by overnight mail, please email us before bidding. We will always do what we can to help you out, but sometimes it is just not possible. Special requests will be handled on a case by case basis.

Payment

We accept Paypal, checks and money orders. For customers outside the US, you can pay by Paypal, or you can send a money order, as long as it is in US funds. Payments in foreign currency, personal checks from a foreign country, or bank transfers are not accepted.

For winners of multiple items, all items must be paid for in a single payment to qualify for combined shipping. You can email us with the item numbers and I will combine the auctions on eBay.

For those paying by any method other than Paypal, you must include the item number with your payment to avoid delays.

Sales Tax

All customers in Ohio must pay sales tax. Ohio sales tax is currently 7.5%. You will pay this on the final bid price only, not on the shipping charge. If you are an Ohio buyer, you can email me with your address and I will give you an updated total.

Returns

This item is offered with a 100% money back guarantee. Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase, and you must receive a return authorization prior to sending the item back. Requests can be sent to sales@monkeychunkz.com

Items returned for refunds will be for the purchase price only. The shipping amount paid at the time of purchase and return shipping to us will not be refunded.

If you are exchanging it for a different item or size, you must pay to ship it back to us and include shipping for us to send the new item.

If the return is due to a defect or if we sent the wrong item, then we will cover the shipping on the new item and reimburse your shipping for sending it back.
