AquaTerra Mesa Slimline Aquarium Background 4"x18"

AquaTerra Slimline Mesa Rockwall features a slim design while offering 3 dimensional rockwork details. Only one inch thick, it is an excellent choice for those who want the beauty of a naturalistic look without taking up too much space in their tank or enclosure.

These are high quality backgrounds made from hybrid industrial grade foam. They are perfectly safe for animals. They are non-toxic and ph neutral.

The backgrounds need to be siliconed into place. Simply apply silicone along the edges of the background and softly press against the walls of the tank or enclosure. Allow 24 hours for the silicone to dry and you are ready to fill.

The new Slimline designs are expandable to any length allowing you to use multiple pieces to create any length you require for your tank or enclosure. Simply add up the number of center pieces you require plus an endpiece to create your desired length. Trim off any excess to get a perfect fit. For Example: 48"x22" size requires: two 20"x22" and one 8"x22

However long your tank or enclosure, Slimline can fit it! We sell each piece separately, so please purchase each piece as needed. The photo above shows a 4" on the left a 20" piece in the center and an 8" piece on the right.

The Mesa Slimline comes in two heights; 18" and 22". The background can be easily cut with any utility knife or razor blade.
