- For foreign orders we accept PayPal. Refusal of other payment types at our discretion. We make our decision on a case by case basis, due to previous problems with foreign credit cards.
- If you send in a personal check, we will not return it. However, the product will not ship until the check clears. This process could take 2 weeks or longer. If you want it your product right away, don't send a personal check.
- After your item has been shipped, we will email the tracking info to you.
- If you are paying via Check or Money Order, make sure you send a list of auction/shipping info. Include: your Auction Number, Name, Shipping Address, Contact Info (phone & email), and any specific shipping requests.
- In most cases your item will be shipped out within 24 hours of our receiving the payment.
- Local Pickups are welcome on a will call basis; please call to arrange it. We are not a store so don't just drop by and hope to pick up your item. You could find yourself standing in our shipping department while your order is pulled and processed.
