In conclusion, I would like to say that I don't believe you will find a better Sunbelt land value than is represented by these lots. Also, I live in the area and would be glad to accompany potential buyers on a tour of the properties prior to closing the deal. In fact, the Arizona Real Estate Commissioner strongly advises any potential buyer of Arizona property to personally inspect same before signing a contract. However, please be advised, that under Arizona law, out of state buyers have six months from the date they sign a contract to inspect the property and if they determine the seller has misrepresented the property, the deal can be rescinded.
