This listing is considered by American Land Company to be a binding auction and by bidding, you are entering into a binding agreement for the purchase of this land. High fees in the real estate category force us to file non-paying bidder reports against those who do not follow through with the transaction.  This could result in expulsion from eBay.

PAYMENT
Within 5 business days following the close of the auction your payment equaling the Winning Bid PLUS a $195 Document Preparation Fee should be made payable to and sent to:

SHIPPING
The Warranty Deed will be recorded and mailed to buyer within 21 days of receiving payment (international shipments will take an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery). After the end of this auction, an email will be sent to the winning bidders email address that is registered with eBay. This email will contain detailed instructions about completing the transaction.

TITLE INSURANCE
Title Insurance is available on all property that we sell. If the final selling price is above $5,000.00 we will include Title Insurance at no extra cost.  If the final selling price is below $5,000.00 Title Insurance is available for an additional cost of $125.00.  If you would like Title Insurance simply let us know and add the additional $125.00 to your payment when paying for your purchase. Title Insurance is ordered through an independent Title Insurance company and typically takes six to eight weeks for processing.
