Armstrong tools Portland Oregon No 0 bandsaw hand swage, should work equally as well on a crosscut saw. Not sure if it is complete, you can use the little wrench on the opposite side of the swage tool to make that side adjustment but it could have a handle attached as well. Parts you can get from the armstrong site and various size dies as well. This lot includes the number 0 swage as pictured, with three additonal pieces. This piece is for the no 8 swage 66A Lever for Clamp Screw 85B, complete, 104 and 33 are wrenches used to adjust these tools at various spots. Multi sized. In fine overall condition looks to have seen little use.
