AROMATIC RED CEDAR BLANKET/KEEPSAKE CHEST HANDCRAFTED & HAND CARVED CELTIC CLADDAUGH & KNOT MADE IN AMERICA BY AMERICANS!!! GREAT FOR WEDDINGS, BIRTHDAYS, GRADUATIONS! ***ORDER EARLY FOR CHRISTMAS!!!*** Gorgeous Celtic Claddaugh and Celtic knot carved chest made by hand. Perfect to keep your blankets, throws or keepsakes safe from humidity and pests. These are handcrafted of solid aromatic red cedar that is hand-selected by us to assure you the finest in color and grain while also guaranteeing you the best in solidity and quality of wood. The Celtic Claddaugh and knot is hand-carved and can be done on the lid as shown, or on the front of the chest, your choice. OR you can choose to not have the carving at all, whatever your preference. The chest uses the old-fashioned joinery of yesteryear in the dovetailed corners as shown, as this gives you the best in strength and durability for the chest. Dimensions of the chest are 36"L x 18"H x 17"D with upgrades in size noted below. Each chest is signed and issue number/year dated by the crafting artisan. Chests are done in the natural colors as shown with nothing more than a double poly-coat seal on the exterior to assure lasting beauty. These are MADE IN AMERICA BY AMERICANS from American grown aromatic Eastern red cedar grown and milled in Savoy, TX and built by hand in Greenville, TX, so when you spend your dollars, you are keeping them here at home in the USA. Designz By Max's Layaway Plan Dear Customers, please read the following information before using our Layaway Plan: Designz By Max's Layaway Plan makes it easier for many customers to buy & pay for our Custom Handcrafted decor & furnishings within 60 days of the purchase date. 1. What is Layaway? Layaway is a purchase plan designed for customers who want to buy merchandise without using credit cards or paying for the item immediately. When you use a layaway plan, you pay in full through installments before getting the merchandise. 2. How long is your Layaway plan? Our layaway plan is for a maximum of 60 days. There is no penalty for completing your layaway plan early & there is absolutely no interest, hidden or extra charges. 3. How many payments do I have to make? An initial non-refundable 25% down payment is required within three (3) days of the purchase date. If no initial layaway payment is made on your layaway plan within three (3) days your order may be cancelled unless you contact us to confirm your payment date arrangement. Your next payments can be made in as many installments as you want and at any time within the 60 days. 4. What if I miss my last payment on the last due date? If no payment has been made on layaway merchandise for thirty (30) days, a friendly reminder email will be sent to the purchaser. If the balance has not been paid in full by the last due date, a Deadline Layaway Notice will be emailed to the purchaser. This notice will give the purchaser a deadline for the last payment. If no further (remaining balance) payment is received within five (5) days from the Deadline Notice , your Layaway purchase will become VOID, followed with these rules: Penalty: The non-refundable down payment of 25% of the purchase price will be forfeited. Refund: The payments made, (minus the non-refundable down payment) will be refunded back to the purchaser. Restock: The merchandise will be removed from Layaway Hold and will be returned to stock for relisting. 5. Can I cancel my Layaway Plan? Yes you can. However the down payment (25% initial purchase price payment) will be FORFEITED for ALL canceled layaway plans. That is considered as the Penalty for creating and keeping the item on hold which prevents the seller's opportunity for remaining balances on material/labor and the seller's opportunity to sell item to other potential buyers, and for the selling fees, time and cost the seller has spent. The payment made thus far, less the 25% non-refundable down payment of purchase price, will be refunded. Refunds are processed immediately upon Mutual Agreement of the Layaway Cancellation. 6. What are my payment options? Preferred method is via Paypal at the email address of temija@hughes.net 7. What do I need to do first if I want to buy an item and put it on a layaway plan? First, please send us an email confirming that your Request to put an item on our Layaway Plan and your preferences on the item including any upgrades. Upon our approval, via email, you just go ahead and continue the purchase of the item through eBay. I will send you the original invoice of the total amount due including all S&H & Insurance costs. Keep this invoice for your record of the total costs. At the same time, I will send you a Partial Layaway Invoice for the down payment. This initial down payment must be received within three (3) days . If no initial layaway down payment is made within the three (3) days your Layaway Order may be cancelled unless you contact us to confirm your down payment date arrangement. Upon receiving your down payment, we will issue you a Layaway Payment Receipt/Record via email. 8. When will my item be shipped?
