Return OK of any item for a cash refund if the item was described incorrectly, except if the item was sold "as is" . Those cannot be returned. Jewelry can be examined for seven days and then returned for any reason. Items must be returned at the buyers expense (prepaid) and must be shipped back within seven days. Email us to tell us that the item is being returned and why. The refund will be processed within 14 days, buyer will be refunded in the same manner that original payment was sent. |
