We ship by USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class, Parcel Post and sometimes

Flat Rate shipping.  We use USPS Calculated Rates with your Zip Code. We sometimes ship by Priority Mail using USPS Calculated Rates. All International shipping is USPS Priority Mail. I will send you the USPS Confirmation Number when your package is shipped. Wait for sellers invoice before paying on paypal. Please wait for sellers invoice to pay. PLEASE REMEMBER that Shipping and Handling includes more than just shipping charges.  It includes envelopes or boxes (I do recycle when I can), tape, glue, wrapping paper and fill material, and some of my FEES, FEES, and more FEES!!!  For multiple items - you may not think S&H should go up that much but ebay and paypal still charge multiple fees!! If there are any problems please contact me - you can use the Contact Seller button on the listing for your item.
Handling:    $1.50 - Cost to process order, and for Packing Materials.  
Insurance:    Insurance is added in to shipping and handling starting at $1.95 at the first $100.00 this is for your protection and mine. Broken or damaged items due to shipping will be credited.  Buyer will be required to return broken or damaged pieces in original box and unopened packaging and returned within 3 days of delivery date buyer pays return postage and insurance. 
Return Policy:   Contact Seller. Returns must be made within 3 days of delivery date as stated above. I will refund all money on returned Items by paypal minus a 25% restocking fee and $ shipping and handling fee.
