Payment :   PayPal

Payment is expected within 3 days of auctions end.  

Shipping :  We will combine shipping on multiple purchases, please contact us and request your combined invoice.  We do our best to ship packages within 1 day of payment (our feedback reflects that).  If payment is received after 2 pm on Friday it will be Monday before the item is shipped.  If there is going to be a substantial delay, we will notify you.  

* *Shipping and Handling costs include bubble envelopes, packing peanuts, wrapping foam, tape, ink, labels . . . . etc. to ensure safe packaging and delivery to our customers.    

We usually invoice our items to ship Media, Standard or First Class mail (unless otherwise noted in the listing).  If you require it faster, send an email after you win the auction and let us know you would like Priority shipping and we will change the invoice and get it shipped right away!

Feedback :  We want happy customers so feedback is important to us. We work hard to receive a  **5 Star**  feedback ratings and hope that we can earn that on each of our transactions.  Please contact us with concerns and problems before you leave feedback, we will do our best to correct the problem. 

Contact Us  :     through Ebay only (our mailbox is stuffed with junk mail )!   If you are bidding on other items and would like combined shipping ( items must be purchased within 7 days of the first auction).   Please request and wait for an invoice with all your items so you are not overcharged by eBay.  Ebay does not combine invoices for shipping.  Payment is expected with 2 days of the final auction(s) end.

International Shipping :  We use  USPS  for our International shipping.  Please contact us through eBay for shipping costs to your country.  Cost depends on country, size, and weight.

We make every effort to package each item safely and securely but we have no control over your package once it leaves our hands.  We will do our best to track down the shipment.  However, if you choose not to insure your package, we will not be responsible if it does not reach its destination or arrives in damaged condition.   We ship on Mondays and Thursdays for International shipping – prompt payment after the auction(s) end will get your shipment in the mail much sooner. 

Not responsible for uninsured items:  We make every effort to package each item safely and securely but we have no control over your package once it leaves our hands.  We do include Delivery confirmation on US shipping and will do our best to track down the shipment.  Therefore if you choose not to insure your package, we cannot be responsible if it does not reach its destination or arrives in damaged condition. 

Returns :  We do accept returns but only if there is a gross misrepresentation on our part and we will quickly resolve the matter.  If you don’t agree with this policy, please do not bid on our auction. All returns must be in original condition, no use, damage or wear. You must contact us by email about a return – if merited – we will give you a return authorization code.  Returns must be received within 14 days of the ship date with the correct authorization code.  After 21 days there are no returns – NO EXCEPTIONS.

We do not reimburse shipping charges.
