WeGotLites grew out of four generations of experience owning and operating over 20 luxury home and commercial lighting showrooms. In late 1998, realizing that the Internet could revolutionize the way consumers purchase luxury lighting products, we launched a simple utilitarian site on the internet. The response was overwhelming. That's when we decided to get serious. Our industry knowledge, manufacturing skills and extensive inventory located in our 250,000-square-foot warehouse in New York, has helped us become one of the leading and most-trusted virtual showrooms for high-end products. Since our first foray onto the online marketplace, we have been expanding to offer more and more products for the home at great prices.

Shipping
All of our shipping is done through FedEx or UPS Ground and various LTL freight carriers (for heavy freight). Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to customers once shipment leaves our facility.

After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you have these check-out options:

Returns & Store Policies
We must be notified of a customers intent to return an item, for any reason, within 7 days of receiving the item, or the transaction will be considered a final sale and non-returnable. Within the 7 days of receiving the item, if the return is not due to damages (see below), and the item is dissembled, the terms & conditions are as follows: No returned merchandise will be accepted without an RGA issued by WeGotLites. A restocking fee will be applied to all returns at a rate of 25% of the purchase price. Refunds are credited after subtracting the restocking fee; shipping funds will not be credited. Once an RGA has been issued, customer is liable to ship merchandise back insured at their own expense. All returns are issued as store credit only, NOT even money. Due to our extremely low prices, any order containing a discount of any kind, promotion, or “best offer”, will be considered final sale. Sale, closeout, special-orders, parts, and custom-made/modified items are also considered final sale & under no circumstance can be returned. Deposits/Lay-Away Payments are non-refundable. WeGotLites/Brooklyn Essentials Inc. will not be held accountable for any additional fees a customer might incur during a transaction, such as: customs fees, electrician reschedule fees, invalid shipping address, or back-charge fees due to wrongful disputes.
Damaged items
Please inspect
shipments upon receipt. Many products are fragile and may sustain
damage during transit. If the merchandise has been damaged during
shipment, be sure to notify WeGotLites no later than 7 days upon
receiving your order for replacement parts. If any package has been reported severely damaged or missing, we must file a claim with the carrier within 14 days of receipt. Claims may take anywhere from 7-31 business days to be reimbursed from the carrier.
Warranty
We would like to assure you that our chandeliers are made from top quality materials and workmanship and we are 100% sure that you will be totally satisfied with your purchase. To prove our confidence in our products, we are offering a 10 year warranty with all of our chandeliers against tarnishing and factory defects. If any parts of our chandeliers show defects or tarnishes during this period of time, we will repair or replace the chandelier free of charge, assuming the item is maintained properly. 10278-1100
