Payment | Shipping Art Deco Luster Lusterware Japan Condiment Set & Tray Click to View Image Album   This is a gorgeous antique Japanese Condiment Set consisting of a Covered Sugar Bowl and Creamer, hand decorated with bright Art Deco Lustre flowers and leaves in red, orange, yellow, blue and green on a orange peach luster background with blue luster bands around the top.  Most of the colors are separated by dramatic black lines. This set is unusual in that it still has its original caddy or tray with a tulip flower finial which matches the finial on the cream pitcher's handle. All three pieces are marked underneath with a circular red mark, with a flying dove in the center, which says "Hand Painted, Made in Japan."  Circa 1930s. The tray is 7.5" long.  The sugar dish is 3.5" to the top of the lid finial and 3.5" wide.  The cream jug is 2.75" tall and 3,75" from spout to handle.   All the pieces are in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or stains.  The luster finish is very good, with very little evidence of wear.  The blue of the creamer is slightly lighter than the blue of the sugar.
