A Note From Nouvel Art Collection:

The journal is an original creation of Nouvel Art.; it is handmade with hides tanned with vegetable-origin extracts.  This process is environmentally friendly; production waste and the final product are both biodegaradable. Slight differences in color are characteristics of such hides.

Imprinting is available for this, and all of the journals in my Store. You may have a name or phrase written in gold foil, silver foil, or imprinted with no color.   The first line of embossing is $10 and any additional journals, or additional lines may be embossed for only $5 each. This makes a treasured, personalized gift.
