Check out my other items! This Art Nouvea sterling silver and enamel ladle is in excellent condition. It is hallmarked for Wm. B. Durgin Co., Providence, R.I., with the Gorham anchor. Gorham bought out Durgin, but still used the Durgin hallmark along with their own. The pattern of the ladle is Chrysanthemums and it has a gold wash over the silver. The enameling of turquoise, white, and burnt orange decorating the ladle is in excellent condition, as is the silver. The ladle is also marked "Sterling" on the back. The ladle measures 5 1/2in long x 1 3/4in across the bowl. This is a beautiful piece for any collector, believed to be the Luxembourg pattern.
