This card shows lovely girl with scales of Justice, painting by Sir J. Reynolds in the West Window of New College Oxford England, light soiling to back and overall excellent condition, as shown.

Insurance is optional and entirely up to you however I do suggest it for more expensive items as I can't be faulted if the USPS mishandles it and won't be held responsible for lost or damaged items if not purchased.
International items are wrapped well and very securely but once it leaves the country we have no control over it.
