It is a gorgous Art Nouveau period

Knoxville Ia Souvenir Spoon.

Has a beautiful Ornate top 

with the Gold Wash Bowl.

Has A Neat looking Church

 I believe it says Fresh or Frese

Marked Sterling and with a Nice Crest with an A in the center.
