ArtDeco Chiffon Wing CharmeuseSilk & Lace Wedding Dress

A glamorous Art deco era wedding dress. It appears as though a portion of this dress may have been from an even earlier time period, & has been combined to form this lovely piece of work. Flowing, angelic chiffon wing sleeves with skillfully finished edges. A beautiful (earlier piece) of filet lace bodice equipped with boning at the sides & back, & hook & eye closures at the back. A 2" wide inner petersham. The next to follow is a sheer cream silk/cotton like fabric (approx 6 1/2" long) followed by a cream silk charmeuse fabric straight skirt (approx. 30" long). (I neglected to take pictures of just this portion of the dress. If you need to see some just email me. ) This comes with a separate matching charmeuse skirt (that had been pinned on). So, this would be ideal for a study or finish piece, although the dress is complete it looks as though someone had other plans for this. Dress is in excellent condition, just some very minor age related soiling, minor underarm soiling & 2 pinholes ( in the skirt   portion).  The outer separate trained skirt is more like in great condition. Having 8 small (pencil tip to slightly larger) rust spots, 2 finger tip holes (right next to each other), a 3" bite out of the hem at the side.
