This is a new Hallmark Keepsake 2003 ornament. It is in the box and opened only to take a picture. The name of the ornament is "ARTHUR AND PAL - A PERFECT CHRISTMAS. It measures 3" in diameter and 2" high. "Pal" is Arthur's pet dog. He's encouraging Arthur, as Arthur sits on the pond in his new ice skate
