About this nonprofit:
Whiskers Rescue is dedicated to humanely controlling the feral cat population through trap, neuter, return. We have caught over 3000 feral cats as of 2007. Each cat was neutered, tested, vaccinated and received any other medical care they needed. The cats are returned to their managed colonies. Over time the population decreases as no new kittens are born. Any kittens we do find are adopted into loving homes.

This is a gorgeous pair of handmade kitty earrings with glass cat beads and pretty dyed quartz.  They are just about 2 inches long with the sterling ear wires. Please keep reading to find our how your bid will help homeless and feral pets.....

 All the proceeds will go to Whiskers Rescue Inc. to help care for and neuter stray cats. We have neutered over 2000 stray cats to date but we desperately need your help to stop the pet over population problem. Below is our little Catbird. She was rescued from a colony of cats with a very sad situation for babies. They are often born in the machinery and do not survive monday morning when they are turned on. She made it out but not with out a very nasty virus. After weeks of fighting for her little life she has made it but sadly she lost an eye in the battle. She will be fine and is looking for a  home with a family who understand that although she is not "perfect" looking she is still perfectly loving. Your bids will help Catbird and others just like her who only want a chance to survive their childhoods.
