This is a 1940's European advertising sign (Belgian) for 'Windels' pipe tobacco from Mechelen, Belgium. It is signed 'Ateliers Monne Malines' and has two holes at the top from which it can hang. It pictures a man holding a bag of pipe tobacco and smoking a pipe. Printed on board, measures about 9.75" x 13.75". Generally clean condition.
