Refunds and Exchanges

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that are returned in unsatisfactory condition. Returns are refunded for 100% of the sale price minus shipping, handling and insurance charges. We do not pay for the shipping on a returned item. Shipping

Shipping charges depend upon the weight, size, and destinations of shipments. Please use the calculator to get a price on shipping. Item will be shipped once payment is received.

We use UPS within the Continental United States unless otherwise stated or requested. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items during shipment. We recomend purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery of your items.

We will ship to outside of the United States but will not be responsible for lost items by the United States Postal Service.  We will only be responsible for showing a receipt of shipping due to the lack of tracking offered by USPS.  If tracking is required you must pay a higher rate for shipping. Insurance is recomended!
