Here we offer a high quality used Asahi fencing vest, sized Medium.  This is a very nice padded vest that has two sides that are worn as one, adjusted together by straps and loops.  The smaller left-side piece has two light stains (they may come out-i haven't washed the item,) but otherwise the item looks rarely used.  Canvas with leatherette inner collar, Velcro neck, cuffs, thick and stretchy fabric on left shoulder.  It appears to be right-handed, but I believe the pieces can be worn reverse to suit lefties.

Any transaction to a country outside the US is considered nonrefundable unless seller pays extra fees for delivery confirmation, which is very expensive and, in my considerable experience, unnecessary.  But, to be clear, any refund for an item shipped outside the US that has been lost in transit will not be granted unless delivery confirmation has been purchased by the seller at the going rate.  I need to say this because once I shipped a very rare album to Russia and the guy said he never got it, and PAYPAL gave him his money back and I was out a bundle!  Argh!
