Ashaway's AST (Anatomic System Technology) is a system by which the whole shoe is anatomically moulded to the natural shape of the human foot. Unlike standard athletic footwear, AST footwear supports the whole foot, not just the ball and the heel of the foot. This increases comfort, stability and reduces foot fatigue.
