We actually have 2 emulsion mills up for grabs...each priced at $4,000.  They are rather old.  One of them has "Dodge Manufacturing Corp-Mishwaka. Indiana" on one of the parts.   I am not sure if this is the company that manufactured the mill or just one of the parts.  The motors on the mill have little spec plates on them, but are very hard to read due to the age of the equipment.  Both of the mills look almost identical, so I would assume they are made by the same company.

The mills were in production during the 2006 paving season, and produced anywhere from 1 to 3 million gallons per year.  Not sure how many gallons  per hour,etc, they are capable of.  The former mill operator said they work well, but we have never used them.
