Your bid is a
contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item.
If you are the winning bidder, you will enter
into a legally biding
contract to purchase the item. If the seller is unable to establish
contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction or
if payment is not received within 5 days, item will be offered to the next
highest bidder or
relisted at the sellers sole discretion, an unpaid
strike will be issued. |

Shipping
Details: |
All shipments will be
via UPS Ground unless other method is requested and confirmed. Shipping
abroad usually done via EMS (Express air mail) with the tracking information
available upon request. Orders are
generally shipped on the same or next day
after full payment has been
received. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses unless it's been
requested and confirmed
before bidding. In no circumstances we will be
able to refund shipping and handling fees, it's not refundable - please do
not
ask.
We can not control your local customs fees. The shipping price does not
include any customs fees that may be due upon item receiving. The customer
is fully responsible for paying such fees if any, so please check before you
bid. |

Returns
& Refunds: |
In
the unlikely event of a problem with the item we will provide an exchange
after receiving the item with the RMA number.
All RMA requests have to be
made during period of 30 days from the date of purchase. All exchanges require RMA
number,
please request it before shipping items back to us. If you return
any item to us without obtaining RMA number, the item will be returned to
you at your expense.
All returns must
include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original
packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Software sales are
not refundable.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
In general we do not offer any refunds. In some specific situations at our
discretion we may offer the refund. In this case all
refunds are subjects
for the 20% restocking fee. In no circumstances we will be able issue the
refund based on the
misunderstanding or listing advertisement errors, please
ask any questions before you bid! In no circumstances we can take
back
physically damaged items. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to)
improper handling and any other type of
damage sustained by irregular use or
wrong packaging. |
