This house is located right next to highway 400 which gives you direct access to 'The Perimeter' (i-285). Downtown Atlanta is 20 minutes driving distance, and Hartsfield International Airport is 30 minutes away.
Alternatively, the North Springs station of the Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is the very next exit on 400 with free daily parking.
There are a number of excellent schools in the area, both public and private.
