1 Bedroom Deluxe - This is a fully furnished timeshare condo unit that has a kitchen equipped with a stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and sufficient pots and pans, plates, glasses, and tableware to serve the number of occupants indicated in this listing. Washer and dryer. Jacuzzi. Bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes, paper towels, toilet tissue, soaps and detergents, and other consumable supplies will be furnished.

Payment:
This is a Wyndham Vacation Resorts Timeshare unit. You are not required to attend a timeshare sales presentation or to accept a Welcome Gift. A Credit Card is required at time of check-in for Security deposit authorization. You must be 21 years old.

I will need the Guest Name and 2 phone numbers for this reservation once the auction ends. Once the name has been added to the Reservation, any name changes will be $99.00.

I will email the reservation confirmation once this information has been received from you with your name as guest within 5-7 business days. You will need to print it off to take with you to the resort for check in.

Helpful Hints:

• Tower was built in 1982 and completely renovated in 2005.
• Your vehicle will require valet parking for a fee of $6 per day.  As of January 1, 2010, this rate will increase to $8 per day.
• Many eateries in walking distance; 13 casinos within 5 miles; grocery is 10 miles.
• During peak seasons there is high elevator traffic, which may cause some delays.
• This is a non-smoking resort.
• Discounted day-trip tickets to New York City through Academy Bus line can be purchased for $35 at the concierge desk on the 6th floor of the resort. On the return trip to Atlantic City, guests may receive a Casino Bonus** 'refund' to gamble at the casino of their choice!  Visit the concierge desk for the bus schedule and information on the exact Casino Bonus packages (as they vary), or call 609-449-4200 ext. 4232. **Those guests under 21 are not eligible for the casino bonus package.
