Once the winning bidder has made payment, we will contact the Harborside Resort and the reservation will be changed to reflect the traveler's name.  The winner will receive written confirmation of the new reservation from Harborside.  One quest must be over 21 years of age, and the resort will need the names and ages of all travelers before arrival.  Final Auction Price includes all hotel taxes and fees.
