Payments
Payment is due within 7 days of auction close. Payment from customers participating in multiple auctions is due 7 days after the very latest auction closes. Please note, invoices for multiple bidders will not be held for an excess of two (2) weeks. Payment is due in that time. The following methods of payment are accepted:

We only ship our merchandise to eBay members with CONFIRMED PayPal addresses. If your address is unconfirmed or ineligible, we are unable to ship out the merchandise. Please make sure of this before or at time of purchase through PayPal.
Return Policy
What is the return policy? Unless stated in the auction description, you have seven days from date of receiving the item to review it for any undocumented material defect or deficiency. Contacting us seven days after receipt of item will void this guarantee. We do not offer refunds but will make arrangements for an exchange of any defective part within this seven-day period. On the unlikely event that there is no inventory immediately available of the item in question for an even exchange then a refund will be issued less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. How do I return an item to you? Contact hobbystealsndeals@gmail.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). What if the item was damaged in transit? HobbyStealsNDeals will help you manage the claim with the appropriate carrier. The carrier must inspect and may pick up the damaged item. Please keep all original packaging available for the carrier's inspection. If the carrier picks up the item after completing their inspection, please return all parts of the auction or we will only be able to provide a partial credit. Shipping insurance is included in the shipping fee for up to $100.00 for the carrier of the customer's choice of FedEx Ground or USPS Priority First Class Mail.

Sales Tax
HobbyStealsNDeals will apply sales tax where applicable during the checkout process. State and local taxes will be applied to the final purchase price based on the delivery address.HobbyStealsNDeals does not accept tax exemption on auction transactions

Shipping, Handling and Insurance
HobbyStealsNDeals ships via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate with Deliver Confirmation to all 50 United States. Orders shipping to Canada are shipped via USPS Express Mail International. Shipping charge is determined on size of order. If the order includes an oversized item it will have to be packaged separately and an additional shipping charge will apply. If the full order fits in the same package, shipping will be combined accordingly with the weight of the package. Orders are shipped immediately after payments are received, therefore shipping will not be able to be combined if the customer bidding on multiple items submits payment before all auctions have expired. All bidders purchasing multiple items must receive an invoice in order for shipping to be combined. Shipping insurance is included in the shipping fee for up to $100.00 for the carrier of the customer's choice of FedEx Ground or USPS Priority First Class Mail. Your order will ship within two business days of you receiving the Order Confirmation. When we ship your order, you will receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email, which will include your Shipment Tracking Number.

Near by customers have the option to pick up their item(s) at our store only after payment has been received via PayPal. We do not accept payment for eBay items at our store. Our eBay store and our physical store are two different entities and will serve only as a convenience to our customers who would rather save on shipping. HobbyStealsNDeals will submit feedback upon receipt of feedback. In cases where buyers fail to pay for their items, HobbyStealsNDeals will initiate eBay's Unpaid Item process and add to eBay’s blocked bidder list.
