NOTE: Action Sports Outlets will not be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. FedEx is a very reliable courier and damage is very rare, but accidents do happen. It is in your best interest to insure your package!

Returns are accepted.

• If you purchase an item and it is the wrong size or you do not want it for some other reason, it will be your responsibility to send it back at your cost, and you will not be refunded your original shipping cost. If this is the case we must be notified within 24 hrs of you receiving the product that you will be returning it.
• If you are returning the item due to a mistake on our part, we will cover all costs of returning the product and getting the correct product back to you.
• If you are planning to return the product for any reason you must make contact through returns@actionsportsoutlets.com with your Name, Invoice # and the Reason for return. Once we receive this we will reply with an RA# and instructions for returning the product.
