Offered for sale is this lovely traditional Attic Window quilt!

Quilt measures 51" wide by 52" long; it is a small but nice lap-sized quilt, or would also look lovely over the back of a chair or couch.  It has a sleeve on the back since it has been hung.  It is machine made and machine quilted by me.  Although this quilt is about 10 years old, it has been properly cared for (again, by me) and so is in excellent condition.

The "Attic WIndow" quilt block is a very traditional block in which the placement of value-contrasting fabrics on the side of a block creates a three-dimensional window effect.

What makes this Attic Window quilt particularly fun and interesting are the fabrics located inside the windows, which depict, in three different colorways of green, red and black, quilters at work in traditional and bucolic scenes. 

A beige paisley fabric provides the outer border, with a lighter beige paisley floral on the back.

The quilt is quilted in the ditch, that is, along the seam lines.

The materials, time and workmanship in this piece would place it's value in the $300-$400 range.  (The materials alone are worth about $100).

All quilts are from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
