You are looking at a wonderfully illustrated gardening book. There are beautiful pictures of flowers throughout the book all of whicha re black and white but with wonderful details. The copyright date is 1928 and has owners date of 1932 or 1939. All pages are present but some are falling out. This is an obviously well used and cherished book.
