1. Unless otherwise noted in the auction, all merchandise is BRAND NEW FACTORY SEALED. We guarantee all merchandise against DOA (Dead on Arrival). We allow up to 7 days after receipt of goods for exchange of defective merchandise. All Returns must be returned as you originally received your package... inlcuding manuals, cords, and packing, including styrofoam supports, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We DO NOT provide refunds under any circumstance including buyer's remorse. Please research the product you are purchasing and make sure it is, but not limited to, the correct size, volume, amount, appearance, model, and brand that you want. The DOA policy does not apply if we provide a warranty on the item ourselves which will be noted in the listing. |
