Shipping
and Handling:
*What's included in my
shipping charges?
The shipping charges include actual freight charges,
insurance and fees for packing materials. The insurance is to cover the
item while in transit against damage or loss.
*What
service do you use to ship your items?
All of our items ship via Fed Ex ground
service unless otherwise stated in the ad. Items too large to ship via
Fed Ex will ship via truck line. Expedited service and USPS is used only
by request from the buyer and may be subject to additional charges not
quoted in the ad.
Do you ship outside of
the United States?
No. We ONLY ship to the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. No, we
don't make exceptions....sorry.
(Please note: The shipping cost quoted in our ads is good for shipments
to the continental U.S. only. Items shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will
require additional shipping charges. Please contact our sales department
for a quote prior to bidding.)
Do you
ship to PO boxes or APO addresses?
NO.
Do you combine
shipping for multiple items? Yes. Please email us prior to
sending payment and a revised invoice will be emailed to you. No partial
refunds will be issued toward shipping discounts.
I paid
with Paypal. Can you ship to an address other than my confirmed address?
No. In order for us to comply with
Paypal's "Seller Protection Program" all items must ship to the
confirmed address. If you would like to have the item sent to an
alternate address you will need to pay by means other than Paypal.
I won an
item on Ebay. Can I pick it up at your location to save on shipping?
Yes. However, any items picked up at our store
will be subject to MS state sales tax of 7%.
Can I
pay by credit card at your store?
Yes.

What do I do if my item does not match the description in the ad? Please email us

we will promptly resolve the situation to the best of our ability.
Problems or inaccuracies should be reported to

72 hours of the receipt of the product.
What do I do if I need to return an item? Contact us to obtain an
RMA number. Please DO NOT ship an item back
to us without obtaining an RMA number first. The item must be
returned in its original condition and accompanied by all original
packaging and accessories. Refunds will not be issued for incomplete
items.
How long do I have to return the item? You should contact us
concerning the problem within 72 hours of receipt of the item. We must
receive the item within 14 days of the RMA number being issued.
What do I do with the RMA number? Be sure to write the RMA number
on the outside of the box. Also, write the RMA number on a copy of your
receipt and place it inside the box.
Who pays for shipping charges on an RMA? The buyer is responsible
for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are
non-refundable as well.

General Questions:
Do you provide
technical support? No.
What if an item is
not compatible with what I bought it for? We are not responsible
for compatibility issues. Please research and confirm compatibility
prior to bidding.
Does the item still
have a manufacturer's warranty? We are not affiliated with any
manufacturers so we cannot guarantee their warranty is still valid. You
would have to contact the manufacturer to inquire about warranty status.
I live outside of
the United States. Can I bid on one of your auctions? If you have
a foreign Ebay account but can arrange to have the item shipped to a
U.S. address then we can add you to our buyer block exemption list. This
will allow you to bid. You will need to email us explaining the
situation and requesting to be added to our approved buyer list.
However, we will not accept a payment from a foreign Paypal account nor
will we ship to a non-confirmed address. You will have to pay by a money
order drawn on a U.S. bank.
What is a DOA warranty?
A DOA warranty means that the item is
covered against being "Dead On Arrival". If you receive an item that was
listed as a working item and it is not working properly; be sure to
contact us within 72 hours of receipt of the item.

Disclaimer
All sales are final. Each bidder is responsible for determining the

We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. The only items
that are eligible for return are defective items that are covered under
the DOA warranty or items that do not match the item description in the
ad.
If an item is listed as having a DOA warranty then Discount Depot
guarantees that this product will work upon arrival.
Please check your item immediately upon receipt to verify that
everything is correct and working as stated in the ad. If the item does not work or does not match the
description in the ad; please contact Discount Depot
within 72 hours. If the item is defective or does not match the description in the ad
then Discount Depot will issue a replacement upon receipt of the
original item. In instances where there are no more like items in stock,
Discount Depot will issue a refund. If there is a problem, and a refund is issued,
only the bid price will be refunded. All shipping charges are
non-refundable.
