• We do not ship internationally at this time except for military APO/FPO addresses.
• All APO/FPO addresses via USPS and all are fully insured and traceable.
• All items except for Televisions will be shipped via Fedex, UPS or USPS and we will provide you with the tracking number once shipped.
• Televisions will ship with private freight carrier and you will be given the name of the freight company and waybill number for tracking

Return Policy
You may return merchandise purchased from Ecomelectronics for a refund or a replacement, provided that the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy below are followed. All product returns require a return authorization number (RMA). A RMA number must be issued within 14 calendar days after the date of receipt; it will be valid for 14 calendar days after it is issued. 

Products that are returned with a missing, damaged or altered serial number and/or UPC codes will be refused RMA service and returned to you.

Refunds / Exchanges
A processing fee of 15 percent will apply to the value of all merchandise returned for a refund. If you are returning a product with the intention of purchasing different merchandise, the processing fee may be waived.For exchanges contact our service department. 

Defective Item
An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with no restock fee. You may also return a defective item for a refund.

Damaged Items
All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 3 calendar days after the date of receipt.

Replacement
We will send a product replacement after the authorized return has completed our receiving/inspection process. The replacement will ship within four business days following our receipt of your return.

Returning Items
Please contact us at 800-790-6136 or service@ecomelectronics.com to process an RMA.

All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and
serial numbers must be intact) and factory packaging. The RMA number or any other inscriptions must not be written or printed on the product box or packaging.

Return Exception
The following items may not be returned. A/V Furniture If not physically damaged in transit and you have a technical issue with
a TV please contact our service department and they will be able to assist you in obtaining service.

Televisions
TVs are only returnable if they have concealed damage that was not visible at time of delivery and will be exchanged for same exact model. Upon delivery you will be have the option to open/unpack the TV for inspection before signing the manifest. In the event you are not available to inspect the TV at time of delivery you have 24 hours to make any claims of concealed damage. You can contact us via phone or via email if it is after hours to file your claim.

If the merchandise is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the delivery and note the manifest as such.
Contact our service department and an immediate replacement order will be prepared for you.
If you are refusing the delivery of the TV and it is not damaged, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges for the delivery both ways.
