Payment and Delivery Information

            Payment is gladly accepted by personal check, money order or via Paypal. Note: Paypal bank transfers take at least 3 business days to clear. US Postal Money orders are accepted, and treated the same as cash. All other money orders will be treated as personal checks. 

All personal checks will require 5 business days to clear, regardless of the amount. I combine items whenever possible. If I see you are bidding on additional items, I will hold off sending an invoice to give you the best possible shipping deal. However, I invoice at least once a week. If you are bidding on multiple items, please wait to pay until I send you an invoice. See shipping options below.

           Euros and personal checks drawn on banks outside of the USA will not be accepted. MONEY ORDERS, DRAWN ON FOREIGN BANKS, WHETHER THEY ARE IN US DOLLARS OR NOT, MUST INCLUDE AN ADDITIONAL $5.00USD TO COVER BANK FEES. Best recommendation for international payments is Paypal. With Paypal, I pay the exchange charge so you don’t have to. Also, your purchase will ship sooner.

Your Items may be shipped:

First Class Mail, Letter --- There is no charge for regular First Class Domestic Mail if you have a minimum of $10.00USD in purchases. Otherwise, standard postage rates apply, as follows:

1 Ounce                                  $ .42    (One item, i.e., stamp, souvenir sheet, block,etc.)

 2 Ounces                                $ .59     (Not to exceed three items)

 3 Ounces                                $ .76    (Not to exceed five items)

3.5 Ounces                              $ .93      (Not to exceed six items)

If you use the above First Class Letter mail for delivery, the buyer is solely responsible for completed shipment. Seller is not responsible for any loss or misdirection of Mail. Note: There is no insurance available for First Class letter mail.

First Class Mail, Flat  --- You pay $.83USD postage, and the following options are available:(If you are not requesting insurance or proof of mailing, use the First Class Letter mail option above).

Insurance Option:                              Additional $2.50-5.50USD, depending on item value 

I will send you an invoice if you request insurance.

Proof of Mailing Option:                    Additional $1.10USD  

Worldwide Delivery Rates

Above rates DO NOT include insurance or registered delivery, and shipments are made solely at the buyer’s risk. Except for USA and Canadian shipments, these rates DO INCLUDE a Certificate of Mailing, stating date and location of mailing.   A copy of the C of M will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of mailing. Should your purchase weigh more than 4 ounces or 113 g, or, if you need insurance, we will e-mail you with your rates.

For recorded delivery, please add $5.00USD.

For registered delivery, please add $11.50USD.
