Auction Terms 

¨ Please only bid if you are able to complete the transaction in accordance with our policies.  Your winning bid constitutes a contract to purchase the item herein.

¨ Buyers who INTENTIONALLY do not complete transactions may be held financially responsible.

¨ Buyers with 0 feedback, please contact us prior to bidding.  We reserve the right to cancel your bid if there is no contact.

¨ We try to be as detailed as possible in our descriptions, but if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us using the "Ask Seller A Question" link above.

¨ Most of our shoes are made in sizes other then US sizes.  We do our best to match the manufacturer’s size with it’s equivalent US size, but each item is unique.  Therefore we ask that you request measurements if you have not personally tried this item on before.  Measurements are generally in the listing information.

¨ We reserve the right to cancel any bids or end an item early.  Explanation will be provided.

¨ If payment is not made within 7 days, we will file an unpaid item dispute with eBay and relist the item.

¨ Buyer agrees to pay fixed shipping charges as described in the listing.

Payment Info

¨ Payment must be made within 7 days of auction end.

¨ Acceptable forms of payment:

o  Credit Card or Bank Transfer through Paypal

o  Postal Money Order or International Money Order

o  Cashier’s Check

o  Please contact us if you are paying with anything besides Paypal, we will need to remove the immediate payment requirement

o  NO Personal Checks or wire transfers

¨ Please inform us of which payment method you will be using according to the acceptable forms listed above.

¨ Unpaid items will be reported to eBay after 7 days and the item will be relisted.

¨ Please read our FAQ page for more details about how to confirm your address.

¨ Money Orders and Cashier’s checks are held for 5 business days.

¨ Gift orders are accepted, please read our FAQ page about payment requirements for gift purchases being shipped to someone else.

Shipping Info

¨ We ship Worldwide!

¨ Items are processed within 2 business days, but more generally within 24 hours.  If your payment is received before noon on our

    designated shipping days it will be sent that same day.

¨ We send ground and international packages on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  Express packages will be shipped same or

     next day.

¨ Shipping costs are determined by the shipping calculator provided at the bottom of this auction page.  These are actual shipping rates

    determined by the package weight plus a small handling fee for supplies and the cost of paying an employee to ship the items. 

¨ Domestic Buyers:

o  Shipping options include FedEx ground, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Express Mail

o  The shipping calculator does not calculate FedEx rates, so we use UPS rates because they are comparable

o  Items over $250 must must be signed for in accordance with Paypal protection rules.  Therefore we require insurance on these

    packages to insure a signature is obtained upon delivery.

o  Our domestic shipping charge includes a $3.00 handling fee for supplies and time spent on packaging the item

o  See our FAQ page for transportation times or refer to the shipping calculator for an estimate.

¨ International Buyers:

o  We ship worldwide!

o  Shipping options include USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Express Mail

o  Items over $250 must must be signed for in accordance with Paypal protection rules.  Therefore we require insurance on these

    packages to insure a signature is obtained upon delivery.

o  Our domestic shipping charge includes a $4.00 handling fee for supplies and time spent on packaging the item

o  It is illegal to devalue packages in order to evade taxes your country may charge.  We are a tax paying company and will not claim items as gifts, used, damaged goods, or for any amount less then the final bid price so please do not ask us to do so.

o  Any possible taxes charged by the recipient’s country are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please remember, we are not charging the tax, and we do not receive any of this money.

Return Policy

¨ We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

¨ Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.  That means it should arrive back to us within 30 days!

¨ Returns will be given as Equal Exchange if available or Store Credit good for 1 year from date of return.  The credit given will be for the final bid price (without shipping).

¨ All items must be returned in new, unused condition with all accompanying accessories (boxes, authenticity cards, sleeper bags, retail packaging).  Not all accessories apply to every item.

¨ Please contact us as soon as possible for a Return Authorization # before sending an item back, any package sent without a Return Authorization # will be rejected upon delivery.
