Authentic Ancient Ban Chaing Pottery Pot Serving Bowl 7

Description

These pots generate a lot of excitement! They are beautiful works of art and according to testing from the University of Pennsylvania, these pots are some of the earliest painted pottery known to man. Some of the Early Bronze age pieces from this area date to 4600 B.C. This particular piece is estimated between 1500 and 300 B.C. These pots were created without the aid of a pottery wheel and show incredible artistry and ingenuity.

This pot was acquired from one of the most extensive private collections of Ban Chiang works at an estate sale several years ago. It measures 6.5 inches x 3.25 inches. It has a light red hue and is in excellent condition. The wholesale price on this piece is over $200, but am offering this one in a true auction style listing with no reserve to give everyone a chance to own this amazing find.

Shipping will be $9.90. I do combine shipping. The first item will ship for the listed price and add $2.50 for each additional item. That is an average of 60% off additional items.
