This unique heavy bag features a water-filled bladder that "gives" with each punch and then springs back. It weighs approximately 120 lbs when filled with water, measures 13" x 30" and the chain and swivel were included.

Heavy Bag Stand

Together with the heavy bag, you get an instant boxing partner. The stand is made of heavy duty steel construction and includes 3 weight plate holders for added support. Also, please note that the stand is nearly 8 feet tall.
