Important Information

Please carefully read our listings in their entirety. Certain selling platform policies require us to include this information to ensure we both have a smooth and favorable transaction.

Many of our items are new and some are pre-owned.  Information regarding the item's condition and/or imperfections is provided in the listing. Items are sold as is.

If you choose to make your feedback private, do not bid and please contact us before purchasing.

*We appreciate questions and we try to answer them on a timely basis. Please note we are on Eastern Time.  Plan your questions accordingly and if they are not answered in time, please refrain from bidding or buying.

Shipping Details

*We ship fast! You will find your package will be shipped the same or next business day after payment is received and cleared.   Delivery confirmation is included and on items over $249 your signature will be required upon delivery. For increased security, your items are delivered directly to the USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please note we cannot control delivery times once a package is in the possession of the carrier.

*If your items have a shipping fee, we can combine your invoice for a shipping discount. They must be on one invoice and be purchased within 7 days of the first item. Please contact us with your intentions and wait for a combined invoice before paying.

Shipping outside the States

Normally we do not ship items outside the states, however we occasionally make exceptions. If you have purchased internationally before and the feedback you left for other sellers is public and acceptable, contact us for a quote and details.

*Unfortunately, shipping outside the states is expensive and USPS Priority or Express Mail is the only method we use. As a registered taxpaying business in the US and we cannot alter the customs forms to show a lesser value than you paid; nor can the item be declared as a gift or commercial sample. If you are not aware of your country's import tariff/value added tax (VAT) information, you may want to review it before you agree to accept my terms. The import and value added taxes (VAT) that your country imposes may be significant but they are not in my control, and they are charged to you upon delivery. Transit times are not in our control.

Payment Details

 *Without prior communication, payment is expected within 7 days. After seven days the item may be relisted for sale and a NPB dispute will be filed.

*When paying through PayPal or other approved payment services, the item must ship to the address registered on your account. If you do not have a PayPal account, please contact us for additional information.

*7% NJ Sales Tax applies to sales in NJ.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final.

*If you are seeking to purchase with the option to return, please do not purchase our items. Regarding pre-owned items and some display items:  If you are willing to forego perfection for low pricing, our items will represent a significant value to you. Unless otherwise mentioned, our items are manufactured as first quality not factory seconds or outlet items.

We realize that from time to time allowances need to be made for a return or for an unpaid item exception. Please note the following:

1 - Your purchase is a promise to pay.

2 - The shipping expenses incurred by us to get the item delivered to you and all related returns expenses are not refundable. 

3 - Under certain conditions, we may process a waiver of an unpaid Item dispute. However, $2.00 will be charged to cover the cost of relisting on Ebay and our other sales channels from which the item was removed from inventory as sold. 

3 - We ask that a mutual agreement we initiate to cancel the transaction be completed favorably by the buyer.

IMPORTANT TO ALL CUSTOMERS

*4. BE ASSURED, WE DO NOT SELL REPLICAS AND OUR ITEMS ARE GUARANTEED AUTHENTIC AS DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED BY THE BRAND SPECIFIED. We have and will provide proof of our purchase from legitimate manufacturers authorized resellers in a court of law, in Burlington County NJ.  Your item will arrive with a specific color & sequentially numbered security tag identifying the product as being purchased from Pinchrosemary through Ebay. This is to prevent our products being switched with one from a different source or seller that may not be reputable. This tag is easy to remove with scissors, but not without. Do not remove it if you have any concerns. Removal or tampering with this numbered tag voids the authenticity guarantee or any possibility of return. No exceptions.  

*ITEMS ARE STORED IN A NON-SMOKING ENVIRONMENT.

*We make every effort to respect the designer brands in my listings and I do not include them in my advertisements. However, tags are not removed or defaced unless noted in the description.  Our products are the genuine article as represented and obtained through legal channels.

*Item Descriptions and Condition Rating System

*If an item is listed as Brand New, it has never been in a retail selling environment.

**If an item is listed as new, it may not be a current model and it may have been handled or mishandled on a retail shelf. If included, boxes or packaging may have the remnants of store labels or the box may be damaged. Regarding condition ratings below, what is good to one person is fair to another and vice versa. Our items are described to the best of our ability. We try to describe features of our bags but dimensions are approximate.  It is impossible to describe every imperfection, particularly on our pre-owned items.  It is also impossible for us to describe and photograph every scuff, spot, blip or impression inherent to the natural characteristics of genuine leather or the materials/textiles from which the bag is composed. We don’t know the age or how often a previous owner carried an item nor do we know if a soiled item will come clean. We offer no guarantees for the removal of spots, smudges or marks. Items are sold "As Is."

Actual photos for pre-owned items.  We would not want someone to be disappointed with a purchase so please review the item description and review the photos carefully. Ask questions in addition BEFORE ORDERING.

***Color shades and tones represented in the photos vary to every eye and on every PC and laptop monitor. They should be used as a starting reference only. Items may also appear larger or smaller in the photos then they actually are. Please refer to the dimensions.

CONDITION RATING CODE: Again, please note condition ratings are subjective. General rule for condition rating follows:

* A - Brand New Condition - New in excellent condition. Note: New does not mean a current model. The item may be discontinued or currently unavailable in stores. Item may not have the original package. If original packaging is included, it may have the remnants of a retail store label or stickers.

*A - New Store Stock Display - New but may have been handled in a retail store before being pulled to do seasonal rotation.

*B Class - Previously owned and used unless otherwise noted. May be in very good, good or fair condition. Imperfections or defects will be described to the best of my ability. Please review the actual photos thoroughly, ask questions and bid accordingly. We offer no guarantees that an item can be cleaned or repaired. These items are sold "as is."

*C Class – Our sale and bargain items. Imperfections/damages will be noted to the best of my ability.
