PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

Buyer must either pay or contact the seller within 10 days of auction end.  We gladly accept Paypal, Money Order, Cashiers Check, Personal or Business Check.  Please include auction # with all of your payments.  Payments without this information will experience delays in processing and / or be returned.  Please make out all of your payments to:

Payments made by checks will require a clearing period of no less than 5 business days before the item can be shipped.  It is encouraged that your bank information and address are “confirmed” on the Paypal as well.

Payment is accepted in U.S.A. currency only. If you paid for your product via Paypal eCheck your order will ship once Paypal clears your payment.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Items are normally shipped within 3 to 4 business days of processing the payment, please note that weekends and holidays are not included.  All shipments within USA are issued a tracking number.  If you would like to receive it, please drop us an email and we will be happy to provide it.  Please make sure that your SPAM blockers are off as we do have a “hotmail” account.

To encourage buyers to buy more than one item, we do offer a shipping discount.  If items can be packed in the same box, we will discount your shipping and handling costs as follows: the highest shipping cost between the items plus half of the cost of the other items that can be packed together.  Items must be paid for in one payment to be eligible for combined shipping discount.

We do offer clients pickup from our location to save you the shipping and handling altogether.

Shipping and handling fees quoted do include a portion for packaging and handling cost but are still very reasonable considering that USPS and UPS have just raised their rates again in 2006. 

It is foreign buyer’s responsibility to verify that items are permissible to ship to their respective country. Delivery confirmation and tracking is used for domestic packages and is not available for foreign shipping.  Please note that items shipped to other countries may be stuck in customs for some period of time.  Please allow item expectancy time to be extended for such auctions.  Items shipped to other countries are generally shipped via USPS because of the cheaper cost for the buyer and are not track able or guaranteed. These items may be lost or damaged in the mail and the buyer assumes all risks.  We are not responsible for any tax or duty that might be levied on the shipment by your respective country.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FEEDBACK:

All items are sold as pictured and described. If you have any questions that are not properly addressed in our listing, you are welcome to email us immediately.  Our customer service will reply at their earliest convenience, generally within 24 business hours.  Because of the large variety of the items that we offer, we are not necessarily an expert in any one field.  That is why we try to provide as accurate description as possible along with the pictures of the item being sold.

Feedback shall be left for those who leave us feedback as it is generated automatically by the service we use to run our auctions.  It is important that your read all of the description and the instructions thoroughly as negligence can result to dissatisfaction and eventually be reflected on feedback.
