I am aware that the amount charged is not what the postal stamp says when it arrives. Please understand that packing materials cost money as well as the 20 mile round trip to the post office to ensure that they are at the local main post office to eliminate the extra handling by unnecessary postal workers. This also saves an additional day in most cases to get you your item quicker.
