eBay, PayPal, and the US Postal Service DO NOT provide the tools to print postage for "USPS International First Class" on-line. I'm not equipped or prepared to take your individual parcel to the Post Office for special handling ...and simply don't offer that service.
I reserve the right to leave NEGATIVE feedback if you insist on "International First Class" mail after having seen this notice.
- If you are outside the US, you must choose "Priority International" or "Express International". There are no exceptions.
- Customs value will be listed accurately. Please do not ask to have your parcel listed as a "gift" or with less than full value. It is a violation of federal law...and I simply won't do it.

I try to describe each item accurately, but might ocassionally overlook a flaw or defect. Blame it on 64+ eyesight...or outright forgetfulness when I write a description. I know how important it is...particularly with highly-collectible items where condition is everything. I'd rather be brutally honest than risk your dissatisfaction.
If I overlook something important, make factual error, or neglect a material fact, I expect to get the item back... and I'll make a full refund...and do it quickly and keep a smile on my face!!
Recently however, I was subjected to "feedback blackmail" by a buyer who attempted to 'whittle' the price after the sale...but declining to return the item. After a little investigation, I learned (from 6 other sellers...) that this buyer, (a man and wife working in tandem...) make a habit of attempting to 'chisel' the price of quality goods...and threaten negative feedback if the seller doesn't comply.
My guarantee is honest...but I won't be "chiseled" or "whittled". If the goods aren't satisfactory, I expect the item to be returned.

This is a legal term, under U.S. Uniform Commercial Code, (UCC), that simply means that my responsibility for non-delivery or Freight Damage stops when the freight carrier (USPS, in most cases), takes possession of your shipment at my front door or the Post Office.
I will do everything humanly possible to pack your shipment well...but I have NO CONTROL over how the Postal Service may treat your parcel once it leaves my hands. Insurance is offered on all shipments and HIGHLY ENCOURAGED.
I will not accept loss or damage claims for un-insured parcels.
If you insure your parcel and suffer a loss because of damage or non-delivery,
I'll fully cooperate with the insurance claim process.
This is a retirement "job" for me. Most of my items are from Florida estates and I can't be an expert on the variety of treaures that I find to list. I promise however, to say "My Best Guess" ... or other words like that, so you know I'm unsure, speculating, or guessing.
I shoot my own pictures, write my own listings, pack and ship...and sweep up after I'm done. In other words, "the buck stops here!" I'd rather be ultra-critical about what I say than risk your disappointment.
