We at Autism Awareness UK make an annual decision of which charity we are going to support and for the year 2010 /11 we have decided to support Medecins Sans Frontieres (AKA Medicines without borders) on some of our items . We know and understand that MSF is NOT an Autism charity, and accept that you might not be very happy with our choice, but we really do feel that the work MSF do, in the conditions they work in they deserve every little help they can get.

This item was specially made for us in a disabled workshop, one of kind in North Africa, This workshop has been personally checked by me, on 3 seperate surprise visits and one of our fellow parents on 4 different occassions, and I can assure you that no children under the age of 16 are employed and all staff are treated with respect, toileting and eating facilities are seperately provided, no member of staff works more than 6 hours per day, with one 20min break in the morning and one in the afternoon, lunch time break is 45mins, staff freely use the toilets as and when they want. There is clean drinking water available in the canteen. No one works more than 30 hours a week, a fair wage is paid to all the disabled adults who work there. I wouldn't say the pay is UK standard, but a liveable wage is paid, the workshop building is brand new and there is a small safe garden with seating areas which I have personally seen staff use during breaks, my one regret was that sickness pay was not yet paid to staff as standard, and although there was a nurse present during working hours a small charge was being deducted from wages for use of her services, I am hoping to pursade them differently as I shall be placing more orders with them and will be working with them to change the health care aspect of their provisions. We will be paying them more than what they quoted us, to ensure we are paying a fair price for the items.

Sizing: We have included the sizes of our clothing in our listings, should you wish to have more information please drop us a line. We print clothing on order and do not exchange clothing for size, so please check your sizes carefully.
Product Range: We have Men's normal tees, Ladies fitted tees, Kids Tees, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Long sleeves Tees, Polo shirts in our clothing range. We are adding Mugs, Bags, Badges, Key Rings, Patches and more to the product range.
Payments: We prefer immediate payment and accept PayPal and Nochex (To pay by Nochex, please purchase your item and then click on our logo below to pay.)
Postage and Packaging: Our Prices now include UK Postage. Overseas buyers please check the postage in our listings discounts of upto on 50% P&P charges are available on eBay, knock yourselves out buy more! Please reuse your packaging or dispose of it carefully.
Shipping: We ship WORLDWIDE. We will try and ship your order within 5 working days of cleared payment. Items ordered on Fridays will be shipped the following Tuesday. We ship on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday only.
Postal Insurance: FREE. It is our responsibility to get the goods you bought to your eBay registered address, and we take that responsiblity very seriously, we use Royal Mail PPI for posting our items, and we will claim any lost items from Royal mail, please be prepared to wait a while for RM to finish their investigations, before we can refund or replace. You might have to provide RM further information too.
Returns: Faulty goods must be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days. Clothing Can NOT be exchanged for size.
Feedback: We love it! and will leave yours as soon as we know you are happy with our products!
Printing: To save on energy costs - We now print clothing on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only. Please check above for our shipping time and days.
